Refund and Returns Policy
10-Day Return Policy
With the exceptions listed below, products purchased through our webshop, email, or telephone may be returned within 10 business days. We accept only unused products in their original packaging with all accessories intact. The original packaging must be undamaged.
Return Period
Return periods are calculated from the date of shipment or collection. The date of the postmark or personal return is the determining factor for the return.

We do not cover the return costs unless the fault lies with Longvista Sagl.

Refund
We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the goods in our warehouse. We will use the same payment method used for the purchase unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
We do not refund products that are damaged or not in the condition in which you received them. Such products will be returned to you at your expense.
Product Complaint
If the return request is due to a product complaint, we will bear the cost of returning the goods if you contact us through our contact form before returning. Please review our warranty terms and coordinate the exchange or repair with us.
