Description
The PA351/PB251/PB351 Sputtered Thin Film Pressure Sensor utilizes advanced MEMS technology with a metal-based pressure-sensitive chip. Its strain resistance is directly applied to a 17-4 PH stainless steel substrate, allowing elastic deformation to generate an mV voltage signal linearly correlated with pressure.
