Using the EtherCAT bus for communication between PLC and servo provides robust interference resistance and enables fast bus cycle communication of 2 ms, allowing for multi-axis synchronous operation. This integrated solution enables complete process automation, including paper feeding, gluing, laminating, smoothing, and paper collection. The result is a significant reduction in manual operating costs and a remarkable increase in production efficiency.
